Dear Friends,

How are you? What’s coming up in life and practice?

Aries season was filled with energy for me—I’d go so far as to call it chaotic energy, so I breathed a true sigh of relief when I started to feel more organized in my body as Taurus season came nearer and then arrived.

This month’s practices are Earthy, slow, and reverent.

We’ll have our live ZOOM class this month on Tuesday, April 30, at 11am Pacific Daylight Time. Following the class, I’ll post the recording here. I hope you can join this class!
